Los Angeles, CA – Real Medicine Foundation is proud to announce the launch of its Travel for Real™ program. Through this program, members of the public can participate in deals from hotels, airlines, and other members of the tourist industry – save the world by traveling the world! Private companies that enroll in the Travel for Real™ program agree to donate a percentage of associated profits to the 501c3 organization.
Real Medicine’s debut Travel for Real™program partner is Ace Hotel, which has generously offered 10% of August-September stays at Ace Hotel New York or Ace Hotel & Swim Club in Palm Springs booked with the code “REAL” to be donated directly to Real Medicine. Ace Hotel New York reinvents the urban hotel. Located in Manhattan, its guest rooms are adorned with murals by local and international artists, and feature turntables and guitars, while its lobby scene is a local hub for fashion, music, film, and social events. Ace Hotel & Swim Club is a hotel, spa and resort located in Palm Springs, CA on the grounds of a renovated mid-century modern motel, walking distance from downtown. Why not lie in the lap of luxury as you do your part to change the world?
Real Medicine welcomes inquiries from other members of the tourism and hospitality industry, and is currently accepting additional Travel for Real™ partners.
CEO of Real Medicine, Dr. Martina Fuchs, has just returned from South Sudan, home of one of the organization’s most successful projects: a college improving the nation’s maternal mortality rates by educating a new generation of midwives and nurses. Fuchs says, “Ace Hotel is a dream partner to kick off this campaign. With some of the nicest hotels in the country, they are helping us show how it can be cool to do something good for others. There actually is such a thing as ‘win-win’.
