Our clinical Director has arrived! Dr. Guillermo relocated to the area from a small mountain town between Cusco and Ayacucho. Right from the start, it was apparent that Guillermo is a doer. I mention that we need to get something done and he picks up his cell phone and takes care it right then and there. We will be transitioning over many of our responsibilities over to Guillermo and start to step back. Guillermo will also be practicing clinically so that will relieve some of the pressure to see as many people as possible without getting to spend enough time with each patient.
