There are 95 houses at Yayawatta. Most of the people living in those houses are poor fishermen. The clinic is a blessing for them. Every clinic day, there are already more than ten to fifteen patients waiting in line to get the treatment. Most cases are fever, infections, colds, coughs, aches and pains. Elderly patients suffer from aches and pains. The children come with fever, infections, colds and coughs. These sicknesses can be handled in the clinic. The diagnosis and the treatment are given free of charge to the patient, provided by Real Medicine Foundation.
