The weekly training sessions led by Olympic runner Malachi Davis at UCLA’s Drake Track continue for Athletes for Real Medicine Foundation. As these photos (taken by writer/photographer Joe Roos) show, we Athletes for RMF are a motley crew of various ages, shapes and sizes, but this is no matter to Malachi and his talented team! From core training to stretching and building strength leaping tall bleachers in a succession of single bounds, Malachi is getting each participant in the shape he or she needs to be in for a successful race day!
There is one more training with Malachi before the Marathon – be sure not to miss next week’s session at 9 am on UCLA’s Drake Field! Contact Sandra Jersby for more information at Sandra.jersby@realmedicinefoundation.org
