Master Trainer, Respectful Maternity Care

Sake Jemilia Beda is a Master Trainer for RMF’s Respectful Maternity Care Training Program. Jemilia was born in Juba, Central Equatoria State, South Sudan. She is a Nursing/ Midwifery Tutor at Juba College of Nursing and Midwifery (JCONAM), and has extensive work experience in the Health Sector of South Sudan. She holds a Diploma in Health Personnel Education from the Centre for Educational Development in Health, Arusha, Tanzania(CEDHA). She also has a Certificate as Registered Midwife from the Mulago School of Nursing and Midwifery in Kampala, Uganda, and a Nursing Certificate from the Kuluva School of Nursing in Arua, Uganda. She attended various courses such as Nursing Management of Maternal and Child Health at JICA/INFJ (International Nursing Foundation of Japan), Tokyo, Japan; Reproductive Health in Developing Countries, Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, UK; PMTCT/EmOC, Early Recognition, Assessment and Management of Unstable Patients, Level 1, St Mary Juba Link, UK, and RMF’s Respectful Maternity Care (RMC) Training to be a Master Trainer for RMC.
