- The children learned about what an exhibition is and how to describe it to others. They made many creations to display at the exhibition.
- Children rehearsed well for the year-end concert, and it was a success.
On October 1st, we celebrated World Children’s Day by going to the beach, the teachers’ idea; all children, parents, and teachers enjoyed it very much. The children played in the sand and the water. Some children who were normally afraid of the water were not afraid on that day. After their play time ended, the children received ice cream from the school.
In November we held our exhibition, and many people attended. Many creations were displayed, and we received many positive comments from the Palathuduwa Preschool teachers and the education office. At the request of village people, we held the exhibition for three days.
We held our annual concert in December. Madam Minerva participated in the concert as the chief guest. During the eight parts, the children showed off their talent, and the teachers were very satisfied. After many years we held a successful concert.
