Following the commencing of the actual improvement of the Accident and Emergency Department at Juba Teaching Hospital on July 7, 2014, preparatory and pictorial reports were prepared and disseminated on July 11 and July 17, respectively. As per now, July 30, Pan Koung Limited has done tremendous work on the three blocks. Work on the fourth block has not yet started since the contractor is still waiting to sign a legal agreement with the National Ministry of Health.

The Ministry of Health designated engineer, Mr. Martin Oyoo, in collaboration with engineers from the Ministry of Housing and Physical Infrastructure visited the site on July 23, 2014 and carried out a systematic evaluation of the progress of the work, together with RMF staff, Juba Teaching Hospital Administration, Pan Koung Company Engineers/Managing Directors and Civil Engineering Students from Juba University.  The evaluation team gave their inputs and the contractor is willing to adjust where necessary. The next evaluation will be in the first week of August 2014.
