- Madumekala did not receive 5 vials of growth hormone (GH) for the month of April.
- In 2018, Dr. Muditha Weerakkody, a consultant endocrinologist, prescribed Progynova as Madumekala’s new medication for menstruation instead of Climen. Madumekala has been on this new medication for 18 months with no complaints.
- Madumekala’s bone age is 13.5 years. It is below her chronological age. Madumekala was treated by Dr. Manilka Sumanthilaka, a consultant endocrinologist. The medical consultants believe she should stop the growth hormone therapy.
- Madumekala now has to visit the Karapitiya Teaching Hospital in Galle once a month. She visited on April 25.
- She must undergo 2 tests at the Karapitiya Teaching Hospital clinic: o Thyroxin (THS) o Carrisol
- Madumekala’s sodium valproate dosage has stopped, but other medications continue.
- Madumekala’s food parcel was changed slightly in 2018; instead of red rice, she is given more milk powder, salmon, and cheese. This change makes the food parcel easier for her to take to Galle.

- Madumekala now has to visit the Karapitiya Teaching Hospital in Galle once a month. She visited on May 23. She underwent 2 tests at the Karapitiya Teaching Hospital clinic: o Thyroxin (THS) o Carrisol.
June
- She did not receive 5 vials of growth hormone (GH) for the month of June.
- Madumekala has been on the new medication, Progynova, for 20 months with no complaints.
- Madumekala went to the clinic at Karapitiya on June 2. She underwent 2 tests at the Karapitiya Teaching Hospital clinic: o Thyroxin (THS) o Carrisol.

Maduras Mother with the Food Parcel

- Madura did not receive 4 vials of growth hormone (GH) for the month of April.
- He had attended school and private classes and completed the Advanced Level Exam twice. At the moment, he is taking an advanced computer course and looking forward to finding a suitable job.
- As Professor Sujeewa requested, Madura is now attending the clinic for his kidneys and taking medication as well.
- A medical consultant at Karapitiya Teaching Hospital had requested a bone age study of both hands, as hypoparathyroidism can cause bone disease. After observing the test results, the medical consultants decided to stop the growth hormone therapy.
- Madura had selected the Vocational Training Centre in Galle to take a computer hardware course, which he completed successfully. This has opened the opportunity for him to take a Diploma in Hardware course, which started on February 7, 2019.

- Madura did not receive 4 vials of growth hormone (GH) for the month of May.
- He continues to look for a suitable job.
June
- Madura did not receive 4 vials of growth hormone (GH) for the month of June.
- As Professor Sujeewa requested, Madura is now attending the clinic for his kidneys and taking medication as well. There has been no change in the medication.

Gayan with his food parcel

- For the month of April, Gayan did not receive any vials of growth hormone (GH). After observing the progress of Gayan’s height, Professor Sujeewa had instructed to stop therapy for him three years before, on February 2, 2016.
- Gayan visited the clinic at Karapitiya on April 4 to get the Testoviron injection.
- Gayan was treated by Dr. Muditha Weerakkody, a consultant endocrinologist, who increased Gayan’s injection as well as decreased his thyroxine dosage to 125 mg per day. His other medication is continuing as well.
- Gayan will undergo another MRI scan after 6 months.
- Gayan has been taking his usual medication with no complaints, including 150 mg of thyroxine daily as well as 1 hydrocortisone tablet in the morning and half a tablet in the afternoon and at night. The Karapitiya clinic in Galle freely distributes these medications to Gayan.
May
- For the month of May, Gayan did not receive any vials of growth hormone (GH). Gayan visited the clinic at Karapitiya on May 2 to get the Testoviron injection.
June
- For the month of June, Gayan did not receive any vials of growth hormone (GH).
- Gayan visited the clinic at Karapitiya on June 27 to get the Testoviron injection.
- Gayan was treated by Dr. Muditha Weerakkody, a consultant endocrinologist, who increased Gayan’s injection.
- Gayan has been taking his usual medication with no complaints.

- Tharindu will meet with the medical consultant at the Karapitiya Teaching Hospital in Galle in June with his new blood profile. His cholesterol level was low, and no change in the dosage of his medication was needed. Tharindu will continue to visit the clinic every 6 months with a new blood profile.
- Senior medical consultant, Dr. Arosha, had instructed Tharindu to do more exercises, such as cycling, to decrease his weight. Tharindu’s weight has decreased by several kilograms. The medical consultant had given Tharindu a diet system, and he must eat what is listed on the chart.
- Tharindu takes Rosuvastatin (40 mg) and Ezetimibe (10 mg) each night.
- Tharindu is 167 cm tall and his weight has decreased to 76 kg.
- He also receives a food parcel with more grains and a packet of fat-free milk powder. For his food parcel, we also reduced the quantity of red rice and had added soy protein, as well as kurakkan, as instructed by Dr. Arosha.

- Tharindu will continue to visit the clinic at Karapitiya Teaching Hospital every 6 months with a new blood profile.
- Senior medical consultant, Dr. Arosha, had instructed Tharindu to do more exercises.
June
- Tharindu met with the medical consultant at the Karapitiya Teaching Hospital in Galle in June with his new blood profile, but he was unable to visit the clinic because his father had passed away.
