ANTONIO (TONY) R. DUMAGSA MBA, BSME

Antonio (Tony) R. Dumagsa, MBA, BSME is RMF’s Project Director, Philippines. Born and raised in Cebu City, Philippines, he graduated from the Cebu Institute of Technology with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and holds a MBA from Rutgers University. He worked for forty years in management for Mobil Corporation (now ExxonMobil in New York City, and later in Fairfax, VA as a Global Project Manager when the company relocated, and three years as a consultant upon retirement. Tony has written several Training Manuals for ExxonMobil, and received numerous work related and community service awards, including two awards as Alumnus of the Year from the Cebu Institute of Technology. Passionate about access to healthcare for under-served populations as well as a holistic approach to healing the whole person, Tony is excited to start a new chapter as RMF’s Project Director, overseeing post-Typhoon projects together with his wife, Tita .

  • International travels to France, Belgium, Mainland China and Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Dubai, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil to oversee the global integration and implementation of new ExxonMobil systems
  • Started Perlas Builders with his wife, Tita, a home construction company in Cebu, Philippines, specializing in low cost housing
  • Founded a charitable foundation in the US, the Dumagsa-Queniahan Foundation, focused on projects in Cebu
  • Actively involved Dumagsa-Queniahan Foundation projects, especially in the scholarship programs and classroom building projects (five to date) of the Cebu Institute of Technology Alumni Association of the Eastern Seaboard (CITAA-ESB)
  • Founder and 1st President of CITAA-ESB
  • Currently serves as a Member of the CITAA-ESB Board of Directors
