Walter Oyo BA
HIV/AIDS Counselor
Walter Oyo is an RMF HIV/AIDS Counselor serving in Bidibidi Refugee Settlement. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies with Education from African Bible University, Lubowa, obtained in 2014, and he is currently pursuing a master’s degree in theological studies with biblical counseling from the Africa Reformation Theological Seminary. His additional training includes a Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering from the Uganda Technical College Lira, obtained in 2003. Before joining RMF’s team, Walter worked with Global Refuge International from 2006 to 2009 as a spiritual health ministry director.
In addition to English, Walter speaks Acholi, Luganda, and Kiswahili.
