Sam completed his Certificate in Nursing at Kabale School of Comprehensive Nursing in 2011. He accepted his first employment with Fresh Air Uganda in Masindi as a research assistant in 2012 under the principle investigator of pulmonary medicine. In order to widen his knowledge, Sam then signed a short-term contract with Confirm TB Uganda from the National TB and Leprosy Program in Wandegeya, Kampala. In September 2016, Sam secured employment with RMF and is deployed in Bidbidi Refugee Settlement, where he is part of the team providing health care to refugees living in the settlement.
Sam loves playing and watching soccer.
