Rebecca Apiu Mangar

Clinical Officer

Rebecca is a registered refugee from South Sudan. The civil war that ravaged her country for many years made her parents to flee to West Nile in Uganda for safety. While in West Nile, Rebecca completed her Ordinary Level at Itula Secondary School in Moyo and later joined Muni Girls’ Secondary School for advanced level studies. Rebecca then earned her diploma at the Mbale School of Clinical Officers.

Before joining RMF’s team, Rebecca worked at Juba Teaching Hospital as a clinical officer, Juba Military Hospital as a nursing instructor (AECOM/SPLA Government Service), the Better Health Care Clinic in Juba, and the Malakia Medical Centre in Juba as a clinical officer. Rebecca is passionate about reading novels, listening, and watching TV. She speaks English, Arabic, and Dinka.
