Raima Bako

Sanitary Officer

Raima Bako is an RMF Sanitary Officer maintaining the cleanliness of the wards at Igamara Health Centre III in Bidibidi Refugee Settlement. She completed her primary education at Kulikulinga Primary School in 1997. She went on to join secondary school but could not complete her Ordinary Level studies due to her parents passing away. In 2016, Raima was trained as part of a Village Health Team (VHT) for the village of Igamara and later transitioned to the role of Sanitary Officer based on her work ethic.

Raima enjoys farming, and she spends her free time in the garden. She speaks Lugbara, English, and Kiswahili.
