Juliet Amagarat BS
Juliet is a graduate of Makerere University, where she earned a Bachelor of Procurement and Supply Chain Management. Juliet began her professional experience as an intern at Hoima Town Council, where she worked mainly in the procurement and store department. After completing her university program, she secured a job with Hoima Resort Hotel as a procurement assistant, and later worked as a volunteer in the Office of the Prime Minister.
Juliet is currently RMF’s Procurement Officer, and is based in Kampala. As Procurement Officer, she is an integral part of the emergency health response program implementation and the expansion of RMF programs. She establishes and maintains efficient procurement systems and procedures, as well as control mechanisms to support the smooth running of operations and ensure compliance with RMF administrative and procurement rules and procedures. Juliet also manages the day-to-day procurements of project requirements, conducts regular checks of internal controls, leads the preparation of monthly procurement closure of operation, proposes the procurement budgets of the project, and ensures that supplies are in accordance with the administrative budget and RMF’s standards.
