Gloria Tiperu completed her primary school education in 2006 and her Ordinary Level studies in 2010 at Mandela Comprehensive Secondary School in Arua. She then enrolled in a three-month training course in sign language at the Uganda National Association of the Deaf, receiving her certificate in 2012. Gloria taught sign language to the deaf at Geya Primary School from 2014 until 2016, when she was recruited to work with RMF as a Sanitary Officer.
In her free time, Gloria enjoys reading the Quran, praying and worshiping, and reading novels. She speaks English and Lugbara.
