Fred Balikurungi
Driver
Fred is an RMF Driver based at our Kampala office, where he provides logistical support. He completed his Advanced Level studies at Duhaga Secondary School in 2011 and then enrolled for a course in driving and mechanics at a local garage in Hoima. After a year of training, Fred obtained a driving permit, and he was appointed driver for the Resident District Commissioner (RDC), the president’s representative, in Hoima District. While working with the RDC, Fred gained experience in long-distance driving. He has mastered driving with accuracy during both the day and night. He has additional training in defensive driving.
Fred speaks English, Kinyarwanda, Luganda, Runyakitara, and Kiswahili. During his leisure time, he likes watching soccer, listening to music, and following local and international news.
