Ferediana Nyirabarore
Registered Midwife
Ferediana Nyirabarore holds a Diploma in Midwifery from the Mulago School of Nursing and Midwifery and a Certificate in Basic Obstetric Ultrasound Scanning from Ernest Cook Ultrasound Research and Education Institute (ECUREI) Mengo in Kampala. Prior to joining RMF’s team, Ferediana worked as a midwife and trainer with Midwives Antenatal Ultrasound Project in partnership with STRIDES for Family Health Uganda, which has been implemented in 15 districts for the past 5 years. She then worked as a consultant mentoring trained midwives with Management Sciences for Health before joining RMF as a Registered Midwife.
Ferediana enjoys going on adventures, cooking, listening to gospel music, and making new friends. She is fluent in English, Rufumbira-Kinyarwanda, Runyankole, Rukiga, and Luganda.
