Dimuthu Shiromani
Assistant to the Medical Consultant
Dimuthu Shiromani is the assistant to Dr. Chamal Sanjeewa. She has been working with Real Medicine from its very inception in 2005, following the Asian Tsunami of December 2004. Dimuthu was Dr. Martina Fuchs’ first volunteer supporting her work at Real Medicine’s first clinic in the Mawella Camp in south Sri Lanka. Dimuthu was also the first recipient of vocational training through Real Medicine Foundation. Her first employment with Real Medicine was as assistant to RMF’s first medical consultant in Sri Lanka, Dr. Ranjith Abeywardana.
