
Helen Ouyang MD, MPH
Helen Ouyang, MD, MPH is currently an emergency physician at the Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women’s and Massachusetts General Hospitals. She has worked in many countries including Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Somalia, Ethiopia, South Africa, Liberia, Pakistan, India, and Peru, with organizations including RMF, UNHCR, WHO, Red Cross, Oxfam and IRC. She has experience in HIV/AIDS and TB and is currently focusing on human rights in humanitarian assistance.
