
Kristine Sargsyan MBA
Director of Development
Kristine Sargsyan joined RMF in November 2012 as Director of Development. She has more than 15 years of successful organizational development and project coordination experience in the non-for-profit and private sectors. Kristine is the Founder and Licensee of the TEDxYerevan event and TED Talks Translations project in Armenia. She is presently developing a coaching program for children – titled “Learn to think to change the world.” She served as a board member at the Professionals for Civil Society, an Armenian non-governmental organization. Kristine is also the author of several innovative Organizational Development (OD) Methods, which have been recognized and used by a number of local and international organizations and has established a small library for local OD professionals.
Kristine previously worked for the TACIS Programme, the Catholic Overseas Development Agency, World Learning, US Department of Agriculture, PA Consulting Group, Eurasia Partnership Foundation, Caritas Armenia, Ilsis Consulting Armenia, HayPost CJSC and Civilitas Foundation.

- Obtained her MBA from the Carolus Magnus University.
- In 2010 became an International Visitor Leadership Program fellow – a US Embassy program, financed by the US Department of State.
