
Yolanda (Cookie) Parker MA
Yolanda ‘Cookie’ Parker is the founder and president of KMS Software Company, a software firm specializing in human capital management. She was the top systems engineering manager and marketing manager in the Western region at IBM and later served as director at Computer Generated Solutions and Vice President of sales and operations at NCS Technologies. In 1998, Parker developed the first electronic on-boarding solution in the nation, making KMS a leader in automating human resource on-boarding and off-boarding processes. Parker’s philanthropic activities have made an impact on several fronts, from medical causes to environmental concerns, as well as work in the political realm.
