New Fundraising Event Offers Los Angeles Residents the Opportunity to “Show Beauty from the Inside Out”

February 6, 2013 – Los Angeles, CA – The Los Angeles-based international humanitarian aid organization Real Medicine Foundationwill be the beneficiary of Beauty for Real™, a fundraising event taking place on Saturday, February 16, 2013 from 3-6pm.  The event, to be hosted by Great Earth Compounding Pharmacy in West Hollywood, will feature renowned LA dermatologist Dr. Tanya Kormeili(as seen on The Doctors) offering the beauty treatments, including injections and chemical peels, at a one-time discount, with proceeds to Real Medicine. The event is aimed at helping Los Angeles residents “show their beauty from the inside out” as they receive beauty care for a cause.
Attendees of this event will have an opportunity to have Dysport®, Restylane®, and Perlane injections, chemical peels and more, all for a cause.

Dr. Kormeili’s involvement in the event is the result of a personal connection to Real Medicine’s critical work offering humanitarian aid and building healthcare capacity in many countries around the world. Kormeili says, “I know from personal experience what it means to be in a country where help is limited and hope is your only comfort.”
Proceeds from February 16th’s Beauty for Real event will support Real Medicine Foundation’s humanitarian work around the world, including its maternal and child health initiative South Sudanand its renowned malnutrition eradication program in Madhya Pradesh, India.
